• Bank cards (card number, expiry, holder name - future feature)

• Generate invoices and receipts for your business
• Automate check-in processes (hotels)
• Comply with tax and legal requirements (EBM)

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers (Render, USA) with AES-256 encryption. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Data Sharing

We never sell your personal data. Data is only shared with:

• The business client (hotel, restaurant, etc.) who owns the document
• Third-party services when necessary (our advanced AI technology for OCR analysis)
• Legal authorities when required by Rwandan law

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
