4. Payment and Subscription

Our pricing plans are available at swiftreplydesk.site/app/pricing. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel anytime.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all documents you upload. Invoice SaaS processes data solely to provide the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Invoice SaaS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.
