SwiftReplyDesk was born from a concrete problem observed on the ground, in Rwanda. Since then, the journey has expanded to education, training, custom software and AI research.
Our story
It all started with an invoice
Starting from a concrete problem — the manual entry of EBM invoices, repetitive and error-prone —, SwiftReplyDesk's founder built the first building block: AI invoice extraction.
From there, the work grew progressively: AI applied to education with SomaGuide, training, custom software development, and now research on AI applied to African invoices.
One conviction guides everything: technology should answer the local realities of East Africa, not those of Silicon Valley.
